Patrick was so great at communicating, especially during this busy, crazy Covid times. I felt they did a great job and didn't do more than they needed to for my repair.

Patrick was great about getting here to look at my roof and assess the problem. He didn't try to oversell me. He got his crew lined up right away and had it done in no time. He has an excellent crew that were polite, friendly and hard working. I would recommend Elite Contractors Group to anyone needing a repair or a new roof. I'll be hiring them again when my roof needs to be replaced. They are excellent!

Patrick came the same day I called him about a leak at a roof vent. Patrick and Jessie found the problem and installed a temporary patch to stop the leak as it was getting dark. The next several days we had major rain and wind so the permanent repair could not be worked but the temp patch held strong. Jessie worked hard most of the day he came to replace some wood, vents and shingles. They took before and after pictures so I could see what was going on and I looked on the inside attic area to check it out. Looks great inside and out! Great job guys.

Patrick was one of the most customer service friendly contractors I?ve ever worked with. We had an active leak, and he helped us get our job done as quickly as possible. His bid was competitive and his work was efficient. We?d definitely hire him again.
